Restaurant The food at Da Bucatino is completely, utterly Roman. Next up, go for the fettuccine alla gricia, made with lashings of black truffle, followed by saltimbocca alla Romana. The pizzas consistently deliver, as do the small plates: start with fried zucchini flowers stuffed with mozzarella and anchovies, then order one pizza apiece. Susan Wright restaurant, la Tavernaccia is old-school Roman all the way. We can't say we blame them.
